Refund policy
Before sending any item back, please contact us first. Many fitment or installation concerns can be quickly resolved with our support team’s help. Because most of our products are application-specific and performance-oriented, we want to make sure you’re getting the right guidance before a return is initiated.
If a return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions to ensure everything is handled smoothly and without delay. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date.

A 10% restocking fee may apply at our discretion based on the item.

Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the sender is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality control and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-built or made-to-order products (Including special-order Turbos, fabrication-related parts, etc)

Electronics, tuning hardware, and software licenses (e.g., ECUs, cables, or flashed units).

Opened or installed components that show any signs of use or modification, including being “test fitted”

Special-order or discontinued items sourced specifically at the customer’s request.
